It’s becoming quite a tradition, the annual Haglöfs Arctic Weekend; location for 2015 the Swedish Riksgränsen. Situated above the Arctic circle it forms a beautiful decor of a fun packed couple of days. Participants in the weekend can register for a variety of winter sports activities and workshops, ranging from ski-touring to igloo-building and from ice-climbing to Northern Light excursion.
“There will be mountain guides, professional skiers and adventurers who take you on excursions and activities such as steep skiing, ice climbing and avalanche training. The evenings are filled with inspiring talks and lectures with our Haglöfs friends.”
Haglöfs Arctic Weekend
Obviously its not only fun and games ;-), there is some serious testing and reviewing to be done. We’ll be putting the Haglöfs Vassi II freeski jacket, the Völkl Untrac Splitboard, Osprey Mutant 38L backpack, the Pieps DSP Pro avalanche transceiver and Mountain Hardwear Torsun Jacket and Pant to the test. The circumstances promise to be great and we’re really looking forward to it all; great sports, great company, high-end gear and the great outdoors. What could be better. Stay tuned for all the upcoming content in the next few weeks.
