Als zomerbestemming is Iran in de laatste jaren steeds populairder geworden. Daarentegen is bij vrijwel niemand bekend wat het land de wintersporter te bieden heeft: een heleboel nog niet ontdekte kilometers piste, die in het Elboers- en Zagrosgebergte op de freeskiers Chad Sayers en Forrest Coots liggen te wachten. Na de eerste schuchtere ontmoetingen met een voor hen volledig onbekende cultuur, beginnen ze samen met de plaatselijke bevolking aan hun Iraanse poedersneeuw avontuur.
