Het is Under Armour gelukt een manier te vinden om een hardloopschoen te ontwerpen zonder binnenzool en naden. De Under Armour Speedform.  Sterker, sneller en slimmer. Under Armour had als doel de voeten van renners op een anatomische wijze te omsluiten. Vergelijk het met de stoelen in een Formule 1 wagen, gevormd naar iedere individuele coureur, zodat het perfect aansluit op het lichaam. Dit om de coureur op zijn plaats te houden gedurende de races. Zoals met alles in high-performance, hoe beter het past en aansluit, hoe sneller je gaat. Of zoals Gizmodo het omschrijft: ‘de Under Armour Speedform is een BH voor je voeten’.
