De Original Action Sports Waterflessen van Mizu

Herbruikbare waterflessen

Jussi Oksanen – snowboard professional – startte Mizu in 2008 met snowboard filmmaker Brad Kremer. Zij brachten andere professionele actions sporters bij elkaar om het merk te financieren. Vorig jaar september stopte de 35 jarige Oksanen zijn professionele snowboard carrière om zich volledig te kunnen wijden aan Mizu, samen met CEO Tim Pogue.

Mizu maakt waterflessen voor action sporters. Mizu is Japans voor ‘water’ en is gewijd aan Protecting Where We Play door herbruikbare innovatieve waterflessen te maken om een bijdrage te leveren aan het verminderen van afval, vooral veroorzaakt door ‘weggooi’ flessen en bekertjes. De missie van Mizu is actieve mensen te voorzien van slimme hydratie waarbij ze zich goed voelen en plezier hebben.

Samenwerkingen Mizu

Mizu werkt onder andere samen met Nixon, Volcom, Electric, CAPiTA, Poler, Roark, Girl & Chocolate Skateboards en Burton. De ‘Mizu familie’ rijkt over de hele wereld waaronder action sports veteranen en professionele atleten die zich verenigen door hun passie voor sport en respect voor oceanen, bergen en steden.
Vorige week heeft Mizu aangekondigd dat zij begin april met een nieuwe ‘glazen’ fles komen, de G7:
