‘How to’ with freeriding-pro Xavier de le Rue

Play Video

The North Face athlete Xavier de le Rue shares his knowledge gained over the past twenty years as a professional freerider on his own YouTube channel.

He deals with topics such as freeriding, safety in the mountains, camping in the snow and mountaineering. Every Wednesday there will be a new episode online. The subjects should appeal to a broad snowboarder audience – from novices to experienced boarders. Every episode is educational, inspiring and entertaining; however great the experience of the viewer is.

Xavier: “I have been a snowboarder for over twenty years, and it was time to share my knowledge and experience. I hope the series opens new doors, provides people with tips and tricks and helps them to take their snowboard skills to the next level without compromising safety. “

Xavier puts a new episode online every Wednesday during the winter season of 2018.

I have practiced a multitude of sports since my youth to the present. My first sports as a child were judo and athletics. Cycling, hiking, mountain biking, kyokushin karate, diving, baseball, golf and windsurfing, rowing and krav maga were added later.
